retry_failed_stage

Retry a failed HTTP callback using its saved output and settings. No request body is needed. Post-processing and manual retries must be enabled. Active or successfully delivered documents and other failed stages return 409. A 202 response confirms acceptance; get the document to check deliveryStatus. An earlier unconfirmed delivery may already have reached the receiver.
